How do you provide music for the entire event?  
Depending on the selected package, the band and any folk artist included will perform their sets during the breaks between the four main courses.
If your event includes four meal courses served at 1 hour and 45-minute intervals, considering that guests typically spend 30 minutes dining and waiter service takes approximately 15 minutes, this will leave four one-hour intervals dedicated to entertainment.
How can I be sure the band will be as amazing as in the videos?  
If you enjoyed the presentation videos, you already have a solid idea of what to expect from HITLIST at your own event.Our advice? Trust your instinct.

What happens if I want you to play longer?  
Additional hours mean extending the band's performance beyond the contracted time and come with a pre-negotiated extra fee. This is a service you can decide on even during the event.
However, we recommend booking additional hours in advance whenever possible so we can structure the show accordingly for the best experience.
How do you make sure the dance floor stays packed?
Every song we perform has been carefully selected and tested by our musicians.
The band’s ability to read the crowd, capture the energy in the room, and choose the perfect song in the moment plays a crucial role in keeping the dance floor full.
Our adaptability is a key factor that sets us apart from other cover bands, ensuring an engaging and dynamic performance tailored to every event.
Will you play our special song if it's not on your playlist?
Of course. If you have song ideas but are unsure how they would sound performed by the band, send them to us via email, and we’ll get back to you with our professional opinion.
How long does it take for the band to set up?
We typically need four hours to set up when bringing our own stage, lighting, and sound system. However, if time is limited, we can complete the setup in three hours if necessary.
When planning your event schedule, please take this into account to ensure a smooth and seamless setup.
Can another band use your sound system?
Yes, it’s possible, but we need more details. If the band does not have its own setup and sound engineer, there may be an additional fee for us to provide the necessary equipment and technical support.
Can we see you perform live before booking?  
The events we perform at are primarily private or corporate, which makes it challenging to invite potential clients, as it would not always be appropriate.
However, in some cases, we may be able to check with the event organizers to see if they would be comfortable allowing you to attend and experience the live show.
Can my friends sing with you on stage?
Absolutely! We recommend discussing this with us before the event to arrange the song’s structure accordingly.
Do you perform all over the world?
Absolutely. The band performs throughout Romania, across Europe, and is ready to travel anywhere the client desires.
